Groningen Airport Eelde is located about 15 kilometres from Groningen and is easily accessible. Simply follow the A28 to Groningen and Assen, and take exit 37.
Accessibility by public transport
You can reach the airport with the Qbuzz shuttle buses. The shuttle bus (Line 100) runs between Groningen Airport Eelde and the centre of Groningen. It is scheduled to coincide with the arriving and departing scheduled flights to and from London, Copenhagen and Gdansk and stops include the main railway station, Zuiderdiep and Grote Markt. You can also reach the airport with Line 9 (Groningen-Eelde). Travellers coming from the direction of Assen can take Line 50 (Assen-Groningen) to De Punt, which is around 0.5 km from the airport. Here you can transfer to Line 9, which drops you off at the airport.

This car park has affordable rates and the grounds are closed when the airport is closed. P3 is an easy 5-minute walk from the passenger terminal.
P3 budget
P3 budget has the most affordable rates and a spot can be reserved online in advance. The grounds are closed when the airport is closed.
