Time for an update

Dear Partner,

Our team will be visiting many events in the Netherlands and Belgium again this year. See below for an overview of the dates and locations!

You can find us at these events

Transavia will be attending various events in the coming months. We place importance on meeting our partners not only digitally, but also in person. So we are keen to meet and talk with you at one of the locations.

You can find us, among other places, at:

  • 31 January – TRAVel Media’s Reisgala in the Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin in Noordwijk
  • 5 to 7 February – The Holiday Festival in the Brabanthallen in Den Bosch
  • 10 March – Brussels Airport Travel Agents Roadshow in Antwerp
  • 12 March – Brussels Airport Travel Agents Roadshow in Bruges
  • 17 March – Brussels Airport Travel Agents Roadshow in Brussels
  • 2 April – TRAVDAY Belgium in Ghent
  • 21 April – TRAVDAY Netherlands in Amersfoort

This year, Transavia will also be participating in PASRA’s Airline Express 2026.

During the Airline Express, you can go on speed dates with 24 airline representatives, have a fun and informative evening with 12-minute presentations, enjoy an extensive buffet with colleagues from the travel industry, and have a chance to win fantastic prizes. According to the schedule, you can indicate a preference for group (gates) A, B or C, and then follow the presentations of your favourite airlines in a ‘time clock system’. In the last three rounds, you can join any airline of your choice. 

All employees from the world of travel can take part in the Airline Express 2026 for free.

During the game at the end of the evening, everyone has a chance to win tickets to European and intercontinental destinations.

The programme starts at 17:15 and ends at 21:45. The Airline Express will take place on the following dates at the following locations:

  • 16 March – Schiphol
  • 17 March – Schiedam
  • 30 March – Eindhoven
  • 31 March – Duiven
  • 7 April – Schiphol
  • 13 April – Hengelo
  • 14 April – Groningen (Transavia will unfortunately not be attending)
