At Transavia, we are constantly looking for ways to operate our flights more efficiently. A good example is Opticlimb.
Opticlimb is a smart technology that automatically calculates the most efficient climb speed during take-off. It takes into account a range of factors, including the aircraft's weight, weather conditions and aircraft performance. By optimising the climb, aircraft use less fuel without affecting safety or the passenger experience.
In April, Opticlimb was used on 71% of our Boeing flights, resulting in an additional fuel saving of more than 20 tonnes compared with the previous month.
