Is your flight not in the flight schedule? Then your flight will be cancelled or rebooked.
If we do not fly to your destination at all in July and August, your flight will be cancelled. When one flight segment is cancelled, the entire booking is automatically cancelled. You will receive an e-mail from us within a few days. You can then opt for a voucher or refund of your ticket.
If your flight is cancelled but we do fly to your destination, you will be rebooked to another flight date or flight time if possible. If this applies to you, you will receive an email about this. Read more about the conditions that apply to a schedule change.
