If you have lost your luggage at the airport or have forgotten it on board, you can go to the Lost & Found department at the airport. If you are no longer at the airport, see the contact details below. Please do keep in mind that Transavia is not responsible for luggage forgotten on board or lost at the airport.

Once your luggage is found, we will bring it to you at your holiday or home address as quickly as possible. In some countries, however, it is not possible to deliver your luggage to your holiday or home address due to safety regulations. In this case, you will have to pick up the luggage at the airport. You will be contacted when your luggage is located.
If you have indicated that your luggage is missing and you are not in your country of residence, you can request compensation for replacement items. This compensation covers the costs of replacement items such as toiletries and underwear. Once your luggage has been returned to you, you can request this compensation within 21 days. Make sure to save all receipts for purchases of replacement items.
Our liability is limited, so if your luggage goesmissing, we recommend that you contact your insurance company. Most insurance policies cover this loss based on the value of your possessions. If you don’t have travel insurance, you can request compensation from us. You can do this by using our online form.
