Taking a flight soon? Then it’s time to check in! Check in online quickly and easily through My Transavia. If preferred, you can also check in at the airport at one of the check-in desks.
Online check-in is fast, easy and free at Transavia.com. Our online check-in service is open 30 hours before departure and closes 4 or 1 hour(s) before departure of your flight, depending on the airport of departure. 30 hours before departure you will receive an online check-in e-mail with the times for online check-in. You can check in online on your phone, tablet or computer. Are you checking in using your smartphone? Simply download and save your mobile boarding pass to your phone and show it at the airport when boarding. You cannot print out your mobile boarding pass or show it on a tablet.
It is not possible to check in for both the outbound and return flight at the same time. You will receive a new online check-in e-mail for your return flight.Online check-in is possible for all Transavia flights, with the exception of flights from Dubai. Please note that for flights with an extra stopover, you can check in online but you cannot select a seat. On these flights, you will be assigned a seat.
If you are unable to check in online, you can, of course, check in at the airport.
For a number of routes, Transavia is required to provide information from your travel document to the authorities in your destination and/or departure country. The information we require from you is called API (Advance Passenger Information). You will be notified during check-in if we need this information. The reason this information is passed on is to reduce illegal immigration through better border control.

If you are travelling with hand luggage only (1 bag of max. 10 kg), you can go through security and walk directly to the gate with your boarding pass (printed or on your smartphone). You can check which departure hall you need for your flight on the airport website or at the airport itself.
Please go to the check-in desk of Transavia. Have you already checked in and are you travelling with hold luggage? At many stations we have special drop-off counters available. You can recognise these counters by the drop-off logo. Do you have hold luggage and have not checked in yet? Please go to one of our standard check-in desks. Here you can both check in and drop off your hold luggage.
Are you travelling with special luggage? Make sure to go to the check-in desk as early as possible, where you will receive assistance and be referred to the drop-off area for special luggage.
Important: you must be checked in and have dropped off your luggage at the desk before the check-in desk closes. Keep in mind that there may be long check-in and waiting times at the airport. See the following list of opening hours for the check-in desks.
