Ticket rebooking

We realise that travel plans can change. That is why we let you rebook your flight quickly and easily online. You can rebook your ticket for all passengers or only selected passengers.

Change a flight? Piece of cake!

You can manage and change your flight yourself through your account in My Transavia Any extra fees are shown immediately and once you have finished making the change, we will send you a new booking confirmation within a few minutes.

The following changes are possible:

  • A different departure airport and/or destination
  • A different travel date
  • A different time
  • Passenger details

What does it cost to make a change?

A €50 change fee is charged per person per flight. Is your new ticket more expensive than the original ticket? If the ticket is more expensive when you make your change, you will also have to pay the difference in ticket price between the new fare and the original one. Naturally, you can also call our Service Centre to make the booking change for you. You can do this by telephone up to 24 hours before departure. Flights can also be changed via My Transavia, up to 2 hours before departure. You can no longer change your flight after you have checked in.

When is it not possible for me to change my booking myself?

  • If you are travelling with a wheelchair or pet, then please contact our Service Centre. They will be more than happy to help you change your flight.
  • After you’ve checked in, you can no longer make any changes to your booking.
  • If you have booked a Transavia flight through KLM, then you cannot access this booking in My Transavia. To make changes to this booking, contact the KLM Service Centre. You can call 24 hours a day on +31 (0)20 474 77 47.
