Our booking system will be undergoing a major update on Monday 13 November. We realise that this is a far-reaching update but we need to do this.
The update will be carried out so that we can add more functionality to reservation, check-in and boarding processes.
The online check-in system will be out of use Monday 13th of November between 9 am and midnight while the booking system is being updated. During these hours, passengers will only be able to check in at the airport.
Monday 13 November between 12 pm and midnight it is not possible to make a transaction on the Partner Portal. This means that you will not be able to book tickets, check in online or buy additional products.
We would like to warn you in advance that we will be asking our passengers to check in online and make any additional purchases earlier.
Hold-bookings which will expire during the update will be extended automatically.
