It is important for us to know whether a passenger is deaf or hard of hearing, visually impaired or blind. We can then take this into account during the flight. Will you be flying together with a deaf or blind passenger or are you deaf or blind yourself? You can inform us of this up to 48 hours before the departure of your flight. You can notify us of this when booking your flight, online via My Transavia or by calling the Service Centre.
Make sure to be at the airport 2 hours before the departure of your flight if you require assistance.
Report to the gate 30 minutes before departure, then our cabin crew has enough time to explain the safety instructions and you have time to ask any questions you might have
